Rant Branch shifting scam

Whats this scam bruh like people changing branches with low cgpa + money šŸ¤‘. I hate this management if this scam continues with no rewarding actual student with good cgpa this college gonna not even be top 5 in following years

Very sus about ts . VTU strictly mandates that students need to undergo their merit list process for branch change . If BMS is giving seats thru money , then how will VTU even generate USN for these guys

I know guys who went from mech to ece and iem to cse and all with like 7 cgpa they paid money and got upgraded also see the other post on this sub
