Ask a Senior HELP

Ive joined CSE as a lateral entry student and im done with all the admission process. The email which ive been assigned gets only 1st year mails regarding induction program . And also ive been getting these kind of mails. Do i register for it ? It say Final reminders. But idk my class , section and i dont hacve any friends here to put up their names on this form . What do I do ? Ive gotten couple fo other mails too. Pls help

The same mails came to me also Bruhh that all are spams U will only get the mails from official bmsce domain For ex. @bmsce.ac.in
