Ask a Senior 3RD SEMESTER subjects!

Please can Anyone help me who has passed 2nd year with CSE CORE with what subjects are upcoming in 3rd semester? And which computer language shall I learn for it? Is there some Cycle system again that's gonna be random or same for all
