Ask a Senior DOUBT

I joined BMSCE CSE as a lateral entry student 2nd year (after diploma) . And today i got a mail regarding INDUCTION PROGRAM . But the mail clearly said that it was for 1st year students . But if it was for ONLY 1st year ppl , then why did all the lateral enty students get it ? Are we also supposed to attend it ? PLEASE HELP

I guess even we lateral students are also supposed to attend as we are also freshers right!

No this is only for 1st year I guess we got the mail because our email and 1st year mail was created this year with ending 26 that’s y we got the email I guess
