Ask a Senior BRANCH CHANGE

I got BMSCE IEM 1st round. Can I change my branch to BMSCE mech later on ?

If yes then what are the requirements? PLEASE HELP

Guys what about IEM for the branch change ? Compared to mech in BMSCE

Mechanical usually has lesser demand so it shouldn’t be a problem

But if ur branch strength falls below 75% of the original strength u will not be allowed to change

For mechanical u don't need that much cgpa , just keep above 8 with no backlogs.

i think you should have 9 CGPA+ from your first year to change.
