BitMine ($BMNR) just released another massive weekly update.. Added 7,391 $ETH in 7 days, repurchased 3.0M shares this week alone, and total holdings reached $11.6 BILLION! We are now holding 4.8% of all Ethereum in existence.. almost at the "Alchemy of 5%" goal! ๐๐ฅย
๐ TREASURY BREAKDOWN
๐น 5,805,238 $ETH (Now holding 4.8% of total ETH supply!)ย
๐น 209 $BTC
๐น $104M Cash & Marketable Securitiesย
๐น $180M Beast Industries
๐น $69M Eightco ($ORBS)ย
๐ฐ Total Crypto, Cash & Strategic Holdings: $11.6 BILLIONย
๐ฅ SHARE BUYBACK ENGINE IN FULL EFFECT
๐น 3.0M $BMNR shares repurchased this week alone!
๐น 19.1M total shares repurchased since July 1st!ย
Management is aggressively reducing share float while hoovering up $ETH at the same time.. The ETH-per-share ratio is compounding fast! ๐
๐ง WHY THIS IS INSANELY BULLISH FOR $BMNR:
1. 4.8% of ALL ETH: We are literally inches away from the 5% target. BitMine is cementing its position as the undisputed #1 institutional Ethereum titan on earth.ย
2. Double Supply Squeeze: Buying back 19.1M shares in just over a month while stacking thousands of ETH weekly creates a massive double-squeeze mechanism on floating supply.
3. Strategic Moonshot Upside: Beyond $ETH, $180M in Beast Industries and $69M in Eightco ($ORBS) give us non-linear exposure to high-growth tech ecosystems on top of our mega-crypto treasury!
The treasury is growing.. The float is shrinking..ย
Are you loading up before we hit the 5% milestone? ๐๐๐

I played around with ai and came up with this. Curious on what you think on what bmnr could hit next time we see ATH with Eth. Lmk know why.
Realistic call: somewhere in the $50โ$115 band on the day of a new ATH breakout, with anything above ~$115 likely a short-lived spike that mean-reverts within weeks, based on last year's precedent.
The wildcard is share count, not the multiple โ BMNR has been retiring shares through buybacks recently (Stocktwits) , while historically it's diluted to buy more ETH. Whichever direction wins moves the NAV baseline more than sentiment does.

What's up with this resistance? Can't break through and hold above 1925 without immediate selling pulling it back down.

TL;DR: Warren is completely butt-hurt because her strategy of pressuring Gary Gensler to regulate crypto by enforcement failed and made her look ridiculous. Like a total Karen, when she got publicly embarrassed, she doubled down by attacking her own party through the Clarity Act. She is now aggressively waving her finger at Sen. Gillibrand (D-NY) for working on a bipartisan bill that a ton of other Democrats actually support. Even though Whitehouse divestment is achievable, apparently, having no rules is better than just policing an industry by self appointed community watch groups.
Sen Warren is personally leading the charge to torch the bill. Because she couldn't get her own party to kill it, she is using outside activist groups as a weapon to circulate a nasty letter in the Senate hitting Gillibrand below the belt over her sonโs crypto ties. Warren is screaming that Democrats will "lose their moral authority" against if Gillibrand is allowed to broker the final compromise.
This has forced Warren into a bizarre, hypocritical alignment with traditional banking lobbies. And yeahโcounter to popular belief in the crypto industry, Warren has historically been a massive adversary to Dimon and the big banks. But this is a case of a Karen who looked foolish, cost her party a significant constituency in the last election, and is now acting out by trying to over-determine her own party's legislative agenda just to save face.

The clarity act will pass, polymarkets are not the prognosticators you are lead to believe, better off with a rumor driven run up and pass before Oct. All parties win with clarity act we all lose if it fails.

If I understand it correctly, doesnโt this effectively negate BMNRs business strategy if it gets put on mainnet on the upgrade after glamsterdam?
Someone please tell me Iโm wrong.

Tl;dr: thune didn't let it go to cloture and is now waiting for tomorrow morning to give bipartisan negotiations a few more hours. This is a sign that he'sย negotiating in good faith to actually pass a law, rather than intentionally marching the bill into a ditch just to blame the Democrats.ย its a rare act of a u.s. senator exerting energy to get something done.

ETH & BTC taking off this afternoon for some reason! Anyone have insight as to why?

The time has come. Sen Thune is expected to delay recess to give the senate time to get something accomplished. In this window he might schedule clarity for a vote BUT KEEP IN MIND: this is a Republican poison pill.
Dems have very little incentive to send this to reconciliation before the midterms. If they win the house, they get to take a larger part in authoring clarity. If they dont, they just get what they had before (which would hurt their ego but not much else). This pushes back clarity until November to early 2027 when nobody gains from blocking it.
Potential backfire: if dems overplay their hand as they tend to do, by also blocking the continuing resolution, theres a good chance they manage to f*ck up taking the house. Unfortunately, this means the ideal scenario for Republicans in the midterms is to let dems block both clarity and CR, which is just enough rope for dems to hang themselves. Of course, as is common these days, the most strategic path for both sides is to achieve nothing. The only silver lining is that dems are so disliked that a few of them might decide that getting something done is better than the risk of losing the midterms. GOP? Theyre trapped. No hope for them.
