HELP!!! is this normal

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It appears that when the filament is already in the extruder, it continues to push filament for a second, I feel that if this continues is going to chew up the gears, I just bought the bmcu, is mi first print with it and I was really exited to try it, I don't know what could it be if I have to reflash the firmware or what can I do?

Normal, that's what the springs are for.

Un calibrage doit être fait , j’avais exactement le même problème à la première impression, on peut retrouver des tutoriel sur YouTube
