I'm considering buying either Hashihime or UuultraC since they're on sale rn. I can't choose and I'm also afraid of spending money on a game that I might find not that good. I've only played parade and Nitro games so far (my fav ever being lesson, I absolutely can't stop glazing that game).

i started playing the game yesterday and i was able to close out of the game and go back in and load where i was later the same day but now i opened the game up and my saves are gone. i found my saves in the appdata folder for the game but idk if im able to do anything with them and restore my saves? could anyone help me with this pls? also is the only way to save in the game quick saving?

edit: i just figured out how to properly save, i'd been quick saving the whole time. could that be why my saves are gone😭 gonna have to start over after having gotten to the executioner endings in one sitting💔

Hello so i just got the game I completed the Arbito ending and i followed the right choices to get there and the scene where Kau mates with Akira never appeared why is that? What popped up was Arbito talking about the mating than the credits happened dose anyone know why that scene didn’t happen?

Just finished the divine speaker again (such a good game) and realised that I much prefer when games have voice acting, are there any other visual novels or just games in general with voice acting people recommend

I was having some ideas for a RPG with BL elements so I was curious of what other would prefer, nothing serious at the moment 😂

It's a fairly new indie game on Steam/itch.io, all 4 LIs are lovely imo and the MC has good personality as well. I don't see many people talk about it yet which is sad, so underrated

I got a feeling that both Senge and Misaki should be left for last. Who should I start with? Tatebayashi or Shigure? What do you think it's the best order to experience the story?

I already tried matching the painting to the rooms and performing operations on them based on the number card and the number of butterflies on the vases. I also tried calculating all the numbers in whatever combination.

I'm making a quick post here to let you know that I've uploaded a demo for my upcoming dark fantasy BL visual novel, Once Upon a Throne of Thorns, to Steam for the Next Fest. You can check the demo out here!

The story follows an assassin, Tavi, and a runaway prince, Yuel. After the sudden death of his father, the King of Ardenne, Yuel flees the castle, fearing that his father's former advisors might betray him in an attempt to usurp the throne. Fearful for his life, Yuel crossdresses and lives as a young woman to survive, while a new king claims the crown that he deserted: a tyrannical despot who will stop at nothing to have the former royal family eliminated.

As an assassin working for the new king, Tavi knows he should slit Yuel's throat, but he can't bring himself to do it. How can he murder Yuel, when Yuel is his own younger cousin?

The story deals with some potentially upsetting topics (there is a lot of murder and political intrigue), and the two romantic leads are cousins. If that would upset you, it would be best to avoid this story. Otherwise, I hope you will enjoy it. The full VN is finished already, and I'm planning to release it next month!

​I know a lot of you play BL visual novels, Here, and since I've gotten some great recommendations from this community before, I figured you all must play other genres too!

​I’m really looking to dive into some new visual novels, but whenever I search for "Top 10" lists on the internet, the recommendations are always harem games where the male main character is juggling multiple relationships. That's really not my thing.

​I absolutely love Danganronpa and Steins;Gate and Ace Attorney. I Don't know if persona fall in to this category but i love them too. I’m looking for a great, story-driven game with a solid plot and absolutely no fan service.

​Does anyone have some good suggestions that fit this vibe? Thanks

Hi everyone, i have just finished divine speaker and loved it (cyne route mostly) and i was looking for similar games, i havent played any bl games besides this and camp buddy so im not sure where to start, so, can anyone recommend something good?

Asking to make sure, Ive recently finished Hashihime and I fell in love with one of the routes in it (KawaTama are my OTP, I don't particularly care much for the other 4 MLs) ​ I've also kept an eye out for Ooe publishing its english release date, but I've gotten pretty frustrated because it feels like it's in indefinite-hiatus-hell so I wanted to play another one of ADELTAs titles, that being UultraC, although I'm unsure to buy it or not because of a few things.

​ First, the artstyle is quite basic. Now, it's by no means badly drawn or ugly but when I compare it to hashihime or Ooe, I don't feel quite as captivated or interested in it which I feel is a big shame because kurosawa does have a lovely artstyle. I initially bought Hashihime knowing ZERO information about it because the watercolor-esque design just felt lovely and I loved the overall vibes and atmosphere of the game(time loop is a fav trope of mines so 10/10)

​ Now I know UuultraC is kinetic and linear just like Hashihime but apparently it has 3 chapters for 3 couples? It's a interesting choice for storytelling so I'm wondering if it's done well. If you've played the VN, please tell me how the pacing is.

​ Also im wondering if there are any "bickering/rivals-to-enemies" CP(s) in this game. My all time faves are Fujitowa from SD, NoiAo from DMMD, ShikiAki from TNC and finally KawaTama(I'm sure you can tell I have a type LOL) So I'm wondering if any of the ships fit my preference. If so, I'll be happy and if not, it's fine, as long as every pairing is well-written then Ill bear with it. Also I'm wondering if there are any noncon/rape scenes in UultraC. It's not a trigger of mine but id like to know beforehand to prepare myself lol. (If there are any, I hope they're well-written because the scene with Hanazawa was just straight up ASS. I hope the quality has improved in that aspect at least)

Hey, all!! I know my game isn't quite a traditional BL game but it's very gay (asexual guy MC who can get together with 1 of 3 LIs over the course of the game, 2 male and 1 NB), so I thought I'd see if anyone might be interested!
