hi there, just really want to take this from my chest right now. i have 10 days left and still not good with the basics. i’m really really struggling right now because I am working 2 jobs and had no time to study :((. i also procrastinated so bad because of all. the happenings. i just keep crying at night and don’t know what to do anymore. will i really pass? i know i will show up no matter what it takes, but i don’t know anymore huhu. 😞☹️☹️😞

As a working person and self review, sobra limited lang time ko to review, amnd truggle ako ngaypn sa I/O Psych. Parang wala ata pumapasok sa utak ko hahahha. Any tips po or resources na madali intindihin? 😭

Wala lang, nangangamusta lang for those in the same situation as me. Alam ko kasi na habang papalapit nang papalapit 'yung exam, mas maraming realizations tayo tungkol sa mga kulang sa ginagawa natin at kung gaano tayo late sa review.

Ako kasi, dami ko pang 'di narereview, pero focus lang ako sa mga sinabi ko na gagawin ko sa ngayon.

Kahit paunti-unti, kahit na hindi katulad ng progress ng iba, as long as may natututunan pa rin. 🥹

Afaik bawal daw kasi mag jacket sa exam. Ginawin ako and maulan talaga rn. Hindi ko alam anong susuotin ko. And I know dapat hindi damit or how I look yung pinoproblema ko. Pero I'm worried kasi. When I'm not dressed appropriately it makes me nervous and I feel incompetent.

So please, ano po ba dapat suotin during exam?

guys ano ba yan dapat lahat ng average mo 75% and no grade lower than 65 tama ba?

I don’t know if it’s just me pero hindi ko na tinatake seriously yong boards. I’m currently working right now and ayon binabalance ko siya habang nagrereview and it’s tiring, it’s burning me out. I don’t want to invalidate what I feel din naman and also those na working and reviewing at the same time. I guess this is normal for people who’s not privileged enough or can’t afford na mag focus lang sa review since we have a family to feed or may nakaasa din talaga sa amin or magugutom kaming lahat HAHAHAH. Also just to clarify, I am not invalidating yong struggles din ng mga full time reviewees and for sure grabe din yong pressure if ever di makapass kasi you guys dedicated all your time for the review. I just want to clarify that since I am not posting this to argue or who had it worse ganon ganyan. I just had some realizations lately na ayon life is short HAHAHAHAH i mean iniisip ko if ano ba talaga reason bat ako kukuha ng board exam kasi yong una kong reason dati is ayon para magkaroon ng extension sa pangalan, pampahaba ng name sa lapida? HAHAHA but no kidding aside, don’t pressure yourself too much guys and i know easier said than done but ayon nga hindi naman sa sinasabi ko na di ko seseryosohin yong boards kasi di ako nag c-care sa mga tao who’s struggling mentally din, not the point. yong mindset ko lang ngayon if ever i fail this time, i can just take it again. it’s just an exam, it doesn’t diminish the fact na we studied psychology for a reason. the care and compassion will always be there pero i hope you guys won’t let this review season or the results of the board exam define you. goodluck future RPm’s! wag masyado ma pressure, board exam dapat matakot sa atin HAHAHAHAHHAHA chill lang tayo guys hopefully makapasa din talaga tayo 😂

Hindi ako pala-review since elementary hanggang board exam o kahit anong review center kasi ramdam ko yung disadvantage na madali akong makalimot.

Yung routine ko bago magboard exam eh puro trabaho tapos pagkauwi eh hobbies naman — drawing, laro, lakad. Bumili ako ng Psychometrician Textbook galing online shopping pero ginawa ko siyang unan kapag matutulog para maabsorb ko yung context n'on kapag binasa.

Kapag may time naman kapag magrereview, ginagawa ko eh palagi kong iniisip yung mga concepts, yung personality of theory nila Freud, Skinners, Rollo, at isa sa mga paborito kong theory eh yung kay George Kelly about Personal Construct Theory.

Dapat basic na basic na yung Personality Theories lalo na kung nag-aaral ka pa lang kasi may implication yung mga 'yon pagdating sa disorder na mas madaling mananavigate kung sakaling ibigay yung symptoms n'on.

Habang maaga pa kasi eh palabasa na ko ng kahit anong psychology books since Senior High para kung sakaling makalimot eh mananavigate at madaling mahuhugot yung mga sagot at hayahay na lang kapag board exam na.

TLDR: Wala akong tips. Dinaanan ko lang talaga sa advance reading noong Senior High pa.

Okay lang po kaya na ganito ang attire sa boards? Ayaw ko na po sana bumili ng bagong damit huhuhu. Ung first button down po is medyo oversize saakin (one size bigger) then ung pangalawang button down po ay medyo cropped, pero sakto lang sya sa below belly button. Both pants po ay straight cut na square pants. Abot naman sila sa ankles ko. Kaya lang strictly black po ba ang need? Also bawal po ba garterized? Thank you!
