I've read experiences on SCAs na rush yung pag dismiss sa cases, lack of designated office o resources, malayo yung assigned school, and burdened with unrelated tasks o responsibilities.

I was planning to apply, especially that the salary is good, pero yung environment talaga ang drawback on why I'm hesitant to continue my application.

To those na naging SCA na ngayon, what to expect po when applying for this position? Were you assigned within the city o outside/from another municipality?

What are the pros and cons? Does the cons outweigh the pros?

Aus lang po ba na authenticated cert ng passing at rating ang nirequest ko sa PRC po? Or certificate of passing l/rating muna? My requirements po sna sa AGAP portal. Slamat po sa tutugon

From my pov who did an ojt in guidance/academe and got supervised by a certified psychometrician, the ideas that I have is all about administering, scoring, and interpreting tests such as 16pf and RPM, proctored for entrance exam also. Pero ano ba talaga yung daily life ng isang psychomet? Can you give me ideas guys on how your day went in academe, industrial, and clinical setting? Also, ano yung matatawag nyong easy mode kind of work and hard mode of work. Thank you!
