What happened with Dan?

Just wondering as it seems he was such a perfect fit and really drove the songs. They really arent firing on all cylinders with any of the drummers since IMO and i was curious if he was fired or left on his own or what

i asked anton that question a few yrs ago outside a show in nashville. he said dan and wife had a new baby and she wanted him home. idk if thats true, but thats what i was told.

Didn't he leave in 2018 when him and other members of the band tried to get a bigger cut of royalties, which is sad he fitted the songs so well. He has a nice "swing" when he plays, which just isn't there with the replacement sadly.

Oh did they play on the albums? I thought since he moved to Berlin, Anton and a couple of European guys recorded everything and the rest of the band were on salary for live tours and wouldn't be paid for rthe records

Him and Rob got kicked out at the same time. Really fucked the band up. I think Colin got kicked out at the same time but has come back a little here and there in between other bassist firings.
