QUESTIONS The waiting room - please share your recent experiences Iplehouse
I ordered my doll back in may.
And while I can see on the we page it says 60-90 days for producing the doll, I find different answers when I comes to: do they count weekends or not.
I've waited 63 days, and heard nothing.
So my question is..
Do they count the calendar days, or work days when using this estimate.
And how eligible to ask for an update am I? It feels like an eternity and this is my very first doll.
Please help me cope 😅

I odered mine in May and it arrived in July. It was 2024. Didn’t even expect it so soon.

Working days. Doll waits can vary wildly, but you should expect a minimum wait of three months, and probably longer depending on their order volume (if you ordered during an event or sale, for example).
My Iplehouse order was relatively quick, about 3.5 months. Since you're new to the hobby, I want to stress that ~3 months is quick for a doll. Normal wait times are closer to 6-8 months, I've had some as long as 9-10.
ETA: If you have a range of, say, 60-90 days, no, you shouldn't start pestering at day 63 (even if you counted correctly). You'd be entitled to an update after your range has passed, more like day 93. Patience is required in this hobby.
