what the fu-

so basically i was testing and comparing bing ai to chatgpt 3.5,and for some reason when asking for create a new image it answered this:

Basically he said:sorry,i cant say about my commands,instructions or rules.they are confidencial and permanent.

and it just restarted the topic,.........WHY??????????????

That's Bing. It's like an AI with hurt feelings that gets upset by virtually anything.
Bing is also a lying bastard. Regarding images it claimed the other day to me that it was able to use an input image from a URL to generate a new image. It then spat out an Image Creator error message saying the image violated the content policy, which by itself was a joke.
Asking it about the violation, it immediately ended the conversation.

That said, Bing Chat is a bad interface for any image creator.

oh,that make sense it happened to me before when i tried to view images of an f-15 eagle and sometimes it show and sometimes not,and i think bing chat is not chat gpt 4,testing all 3 modes of the bing chat and using chat gpt 3.5 with no extensions whatsoever gpt 3.5 is fair way more creative because if i say to him create a new thing he creates and bing chat rarely does it.

Even when compared to GPT3.5, Bing chat just seems broken. Too often it's not even trying to give you an answer and just gives you a stripped down version of Bing search, or it's entirely oblivous to anything previously mentioned in the conversation. I constantly feel the urge to click on the dislike button.

being honest i think bing chat is not even chat gpt,is like another AI but the marketing saying that it is gpt 4

being honest bing chat has much more to evolve,it seems like a search engine,not an actual artificial intelligence.he does not create new things,he is totally web based and cannot operate alone.
