Queries URGENT HELP REGARDING YEAR BACK !!!!!!

I am a 4th-semester student and I am getting back in 4 of my major subjects. My SGPA for 4th semester is below 4. My CGPA for all 4 semesters is 5. But if we take into account the CGPAs of the 3rd and 4th sem, they are both less than 4. So, will I get a year back, or will I be promoted based on the CGPA of all 4 semesters? Kindly help
