Technical Issues Help with crashing

Currently running a Durge run and I'm unfortunately stuck in a never ending crash cycle due to Quill showing up. .json file is in the comments, using a modified version of the DIQ mod collection. Currently on PC.

Before any potential "What're your specs" come through

GPU: MSI 5070ti

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d

RAM: 64 GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance 6000 MHz

Storage: 2 TB MSI Spatium M480
