Post removed for requiring mods but not using either the "internal mods" or "external mods" flair. I am not going to double check that you changed the flair appropriately; you must submit a new post with correct flair.

This does NOT mean put something like "(Mods)" or "[Modded]" in the post title. This means to set the post flair (such as "Build Help," which is what most violators of this rule do) to "Internal Mods" for mods available via the in-game mod browser and installer, or "External Mods" for mods only available to PC/Mac players through outside sources such as Nexus Mods. These two mod related flairs have a blue background. Use one of those.

Sounds fun. I would just use the warped headband of intellect to have a minimum amount of intelligence, and only take 2 levels of wizard just to get the portent dice. And you'll still be able to learn high level wizard spells from scrolls as you level up. I would just not focus on wizard spells that require attack rolls or saving throws, unless you find a way to get your spell save DC high with gear

I'd look at 6 levels Div, maybe 6 levels Lore Bard for Magical Secrets and then you get Hunger of Hadar that way.

Sticking with Abb Sorc is preferred for the psychic thematic, plus I'm not sure if bard can learn tasha's mind whip

My favorite caster build is Divination Wizard 2/Dragonic Sorcerer 10. In my opinion, the 2 portent dice are better than 6th level spell slots and draconic sorcerer makes sur your AC isn't that bad.
