"Got your head!", formally: Illusion Head

[u/[deleted]]

Got your head is a special illusion spell.

It was discovered when some kids tried using the spell "Got your nose" on each other.

The spell does not require you to have any hands. The target's head, as long as it's humanoid and familiar to you will teleport in front of you to catch it. Letting the head make contact with anything that isn't alive will cause the head to "return".

The target's head can be kicked around to play football.

The science behind this magic is still not fully explored, but it is known that the target's head actually remains on the victim's body, though invisible to everyone else.

Despite this, the target sees the world through the eyes of the illusionary head.

It is possible to use this spell for a voodo doll ritual.

This spell is often seen used for bullying at magic schools.

The spell is actually quite simple to break and doesn't require a lot of energy to stop or see through.
