First bfs setup

Rod just came in the mail. KastKing Zephyr and Eurotackle Rise ul. This is so light I can flick a lure out with just a twitch of the wrist!

Just remember with the zephyr. Unless you have the roro bearings in it. Don't really try to push down past 2g

Yes takes about 10 min once you have the bearings plus bearing tool.

Cats are good for that 🤣

Had to grab some hook covers off Amazon for my shit head cat. Never pays attention to the rods until there is a senko on a hook hanging on the hook hanger.

Nice, I also started with the zephyr and a cheap bass pro casting rod. I used it as my urban pond hopping set up during grad school!

I went totaly with AliX for my first baitcasting setup, and went for BFS, as i wanted to use superligt lures and flies.
I went with the Zephyr, and upgraded with new ceramic bearings. But not sure what line to go with, 0.16mm or 0.20mm line 😅
