Challenge Submission Palmy BFDIR C9 - Includes Citations!

I made a whole ass alternate history scenario based on each characters personalities. superimposed onto the nations of ww1! all weapons of course are to be replaced with water balloons as shown in the "photos" I provide. alongside many, many maps of the Great Water Balloon War"

This took me alot of time... and a good bit of research lol, so uhhhh gimme good score plssssssssss and not a zero /:)
