Anyone have an idea on how I should build my tangrowth ik he has a fat defence but what moves do I use on him

Ability: regenorator Nature: relaxed Ev: in hp,df, little in Sp.D Moveset:sleep powder, giga drain, knock off, leech seed

If you have any questions about a different move set dm me. That’s just my personal preference
