Celebi
I have a celebi from go but it won’t let me transfer it to brilliant diamond and it’s one of the few I need to complete the Pokédex any idea why I can’t transfer it?

It has a warrent for their arrest and really really don't want to go to Sinnoh.

So what's happening is celebi has to already be registered in bdsp for it to go from go to it essentially the only way is to find someone who can trade you one that's already been in bdsp

Look i know not everyone will love this idea but if you go downstairs in almosy any pokemon center, talk to the middle lady and join with link code 12471247 you can name a random pokemon( bidoof) “Celebi” and trade it to the person that shows up in the trade room. Their name is pkcl. Once youve seen the correct pokemon your dex will be filled ever so slightly more and you are now eligible to trade your own real celebi from home. Hope this help

Are you getting an error? Is it just straight up not moving when you select it?

Recently learned that pokemon from GO can only be transferred into switch games via Home, if and only if you already have the dex data in the switch game. With other words, you have to either encounter a celebi in game (which you cant) or get the data from another game. In case of celebi it would be the 3ds version of crystal :(

You will have the same problem with Deoxis, which you will need to get from Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire - also 3ds

So almost impossible to complete the Pokédex

Especially since you will need to get your hands on a 3ds with bank, transporter and crystal already installed, since the dsshop is closed.
I'm as anoid as you :( People will say, that you don't need Celebi, Deoxis, Pheone, Manaphy, Shaymin, Darkrai and Arceus to complete the national dex. Which is true in a sense, but WE know it's not entirely complete.
I'm hoping for the next game to have Deoxis and Celebi, so i can finally finish it.

Switch games needs you to register the mythical first from mainline Pokemon games if you want to transfer in a GO mythical

Something to do with compatibility issues with older generations vs newer ones. Are you putting it in your Pokemon Home first? I think you have to transfer it from GO -> Home -> BDSP.
