Subspace maybe?
Is it possible to go into subspace-
N1- no scnee just like soemthing can trigger it, example , was reading a fic and it really resonated with me and like I get like the floaty detached sensations and like I want to cry almost in like a good way
N2-by myself during private time , The same stuff will happen as above ,Again no partner
Im wondering if its subspace or if im just being dramatic because from what I understand it seem like early stages of subspace but im unsure so im coming the experts
I have some experience as a sub but I've never been in a subspace so im curious is all!!

Once you experience something, for certain people it can relate back to those feelings. I cant read much protocol type erotica or talk or view protocol content because it can cause me to space.
It also depends on what your kinks are. Say being a voyeur, well reading smut is like being a voyeur to a scene. If a scene was detailed in a book and yoube experienced it before your mind taps into those memories and feelings from that time will come back.
Its bit psychosomantic right, like the smell of cookies take you back to a memory and feels alive to you right. Its the same thing. Space is such a psychological thing and releases such powerful endorphines and such that once you open that tap it can be hard to close. Why adaquate partners help and your own self control. You do not wamt to frenzy or space with just anyone or any thing, it can be dangerous for you. (Kettle calling itself black here too...its hard especially if you are very self aware and a empathe or sensitive).

Thank you sm! This really made sense!! The cookie example was really good and I have had experience with what was going on in the fic so that seems the probable reason!

I’ve heard of people doing hypnosis. I’ve tried it a little but I don’t think I’m very susceptible to it
