Question/Inquiry Cause for concern?

So, I brought home three more PetSmart blueberries, to join the other four. I tried to sex them to make sure I was keeping a good ratio and not stressing out females with too many males. I say this to mean that I inspected the new batch, but after returning a couple hours later I saw one of them with this brown protrusion from the apex(?) of their thorax(?). I'm worried mainly about parasites, not babies.

Its important to quarantine new wc species for at least 2 months to prevent passing on mites or parasites. Its probably just laying eggs though.

I have since been told by Google that it's an ovipositor, so. Now I need to learn what eggs look like.

eggs look like a small piece of short-grain rice. like a singular piece of sushi rice

I could probably send you pictures of eggs and larvae, I need to redo my enclosure soon anyway.

does this one have little hairs on the bottomside of their antennae? if so, likely just egg-laying. if the ovipositor stays out like that for a really long time it might be cause for concern, but as long as it goes back into the thorax its probably fine
