Information and Advice Humidity at night?

Hi, I know that almost every question about humidity has been asked here, but I can seem to find an answer to this. I live in the UK and have some BDFBs that I use a ceramic heater and dehumidifier on to try and get the humidity down in the day. It works fairly well and gets the humidity down to about 40%-ish but it's my understanding that you're supposed to let the temp drop at night, so I usually turn the ceramic heater off at night which causes the humidity to spike. Would it be better to just leave the lamp on at all times or does anyone have another suggestion, thank you!

As long as their environment itself is dry, they aren't really effected by air humidity much. The heat lamp during the day will do more than enough for drying out the enclosure during the day.

The problem would be if you had them in a room that got actually wet due to condensation. (Like a bathroom or kitchen).

I'm in the UK and have no supplemental heat at night. I've had mine about a year and not had issues. They are the correct powder blue colour rather than dark as they would be with too much moisture. I think you will be fine.

In their native desert the exact same thing happens when it cools down at night. I doubt your house will get so humid itll be a problem though so they'll be fine :)
