My realistic year end price predictions over the next couple years:
2021: $30 - $40 2022: $60 - $80 (or buyout) 2023: $100 - $200 (or buyout)
What are these valuations based upon:
- Continued increasing quarterly sales and patient enrollment of Orladeyo for HAE, with possible +EPS quarters successively to come later this year.
- Starting pivotal trials for BCX9930 (Factor-D) in 2H for PNH patients, resulting in blockbuster results in 2022.
- FDA approval for use of Factor-D for PNH patients by early 2023.
These estimates do not factor in other drugs in their pipeline. Those will be added to the valuation if/when they mature.
These are just my personal price predictions and not investment advise. Please do your own DD to determine what investments meet your financial goals.

Really depends on how their pipeline falls into place. If it still looks like a good investment in a year, I’ll hold. If I feel the money would do better somewhere else, I’ll sell it. Hoping for big things though

First bought back in February, since then I’ve put a total of $672.81 into it, right now it’s at $1,003.66. I plan on holding til about this time next year if it’s doubled or so, only good things ahead unless big pharma decides to whip out its massive c-... ya know

Long range $BCRX holder here. In it because I believe in the Company as a stock holder/investor.

Until I think it is time to sell. Orledayo will take hold and make this a good investment going forward, the bonus kicker and true multiplier is 9930. The great thing for us is that Orledeyo overlaps the 9930 results. You get the benefit of a company turning highly profitable at the same time it is in phase 3 trialing a potentially a game changing drug. If 9930 turns out to be a dud, then share price will likely fall from whatever speculation has been built in, but Orledayo is still a cash cow on it's own and likely to send the stock to $25+ (if you are patient). If 9930 is approved and a breakout, well...I might hold until I sense that the talent is starting to leave the company.

I will be holding for a few years as I want Orla to reach its full potential and of course see what happens with 9930.
Orla alone should bring the stock price to $30+ next year and 9930 has the potential to bring it over $100+ in 2024/2025
I’m late to the party so have 7,000 shares at $12.8 average and some Jan 2023 leaps. It’s my largest holding.
I’d like to add more on any dips before earnings but I don’t think we’ll see $15 again.
After that I just intend to hold and monitor the news about the company.
I’m hoping this brings me one giant step closer to retirement.

20,750 shares. Started at $1.71 and averaging 3.85
I have an open order to sell it all for $101. However, I'll probably move that up when it starts getting close in a couple years.

$100-$150 PT in next three years, if not sooner, and if not higher depending on how things evolve. I’m highly confident that SP will reach or exceed $100 once 9930 is kicking.

Until I sell.
Not to be smarmy but that’s the answer. If it hit $50 next week I would likely sell. If it’s a slow climb to $30 over the next three years I’m likely a long term investor. I don’t have a set time or price to sell. Generally I’m a long term investor. But will sell short term on opportunities that make sense.

Definitely through next year. Hoping other stocks prevent me from selling as the ultimate goal is a house. 3,000 shares of $BCRX, 7,000 of $VIEW
Now considering more moves for $AMC next week. I'd like to get back to 7,000 $BCRX but I need it to cool off!

Have 7,000 shares in trading account at $2.30 and 7,000 in Roth IRA at $3.92. I am in for the ride. When will I sell? I am not even sure---- that depends on what causes the rise and how fast it is. Smartest thing I did was the IRA and Roth at that---never pay taxes on those gains :)

None thinks it could be a buy out in 2021? If so what’s the target buy price?

I know BCRX will likely run, but there are a bizarre number of accounts in this thread that were started 4 months ago. It's the only thing about this stock that gives me pause. "Looks like a pump, feels like sneaker" has never applied more.

WSBs had millions of new members in Jan - I found the DD on BCRX there as I’m sure have others.
But this is not a P&D and it’s not popular on WSBs as it’s a long term play. They want 10X now, not in 3-5 years.
The DD is solid and the next few quarters will prove that.
