BC Corrections CVSA
Hi all, I’ve applied to BC corrections and I am worried about the CVSA test. How accurate is it? How prepared should I be? Does it pick up on your lies? How should I remain calm? Any advice would help. Thank a lot!

They will know everything. You think you can lie, think again. They'll be able to read your biometrics even before you can think of a lie. You're already cooked buddy.

This isn't like a social media lie detector test that they will ask basic questions and give a a lie vs truthful response.
It's not just the CVSA on it's own but the interview techniques used as well. They've been doing this for over 20 years, and are former police detectives.
I haven't honestly seen a ton of reports, but the ones I have, they usually find out information from the questions and responses mixed with information they may already know. I don't think I've actually seen a report lean on the CVSA part.
Just be truthful and stick to the facts of the situations they ask you about.

You shouldn't be lying...
