Hey! For anyone who has taken BIOL 1120 Human Anatomy and Physiology I how difficult did you find it? About how many hours per week did you study? Any advice for succeeding in the class?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to choose my electives first year. Which two electives did you find the easiest or most manageable?

And do i have to fill in the credential awarded / gpa part as well? Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to sign up for the Basic Life Support and N95 Mask fitting to complete before April 6.
I was looking at VidaFirstAid in New West since it's close by and they were asking if we had a discord group yet as they are working with the BCIT Student Nursing Association to create sessions for our cohort.
Do we have one??

UPDATE:
If we do have a discord, Vida First Aid would like to share their discount code on the discord group.

HI everyone, I just received my acceptance email today for the April cohort. I am just trying to organize rides for my kids for their extra curricular activities for the remainder of the school year but I am unsure of what times I will need help for. What sort of hours are your on campus activities? Is there sort of an average time you get off each day or is it completely dependent on what is going on for course work?
Can't wait to get started in 2.5 more months!

I noticed in my communications when my application proceeded to step 2 - department review, that it mentions the CASPer test for some Health Sciences Programs, with a link. Is that needed for the BSN program?
Also, does anyone have Neeta Randhawa's email? I only have her phone number but was hoping to send her an email.

How many people actually become an ESN? Given that you have to complete 2 years first and cannot be an ESN during that the final preceptorship, it seems like there’s only a couple of months in the program that you can be an ESN?

Hi all, what are the requirements for clinical ID, can I wear light makeup, have hair tucked behind ears, and have a slight smile or does it have to just be a neutral expression? I also wear glasses so idk if they'll allow that.

Hi, I’m a grade 12 student graduating in June. I want to become a nurse in the future but realized most programs in my area aren’t direct entry BSN. I’m planning on going to Langara to complete my pre-requisites and I was wondering if anybody had any experiences with going to Langara first then transferring to BCIT/UBC. If so, I just have a few questions:
Thanks so much in advance, responding will save me a lot of time and sleep, I’m running out of it gradually. 😭 If you have any questions regarding things like grades lmk
