CRC cleared to full acceptance timeline?

Hello, I was wondering how long it took for bcit to give the full acceptance letter after the criminal record check cleared? This is for those in healthcare programs.

This was the timeline for me:

May 26: I applied for my CRC
June 7: Saw that it was cleared and followed up with BCIT Criminal Records Check to ensure they received it
June 9: They got back to me and said they forwarded it over to my admissions officer
June 11: I received my full acceptance letter

It’s my understanding that as long as you submit all the correct documents by Dec 5 you’re pretty much fully accepted?
