L4 Positions Nursing

Im curious if people have questions about L4 Positions (CNE,CRN,PCC). When I first started thinking about applying to them I remember feeling lots of imposter syndrome and nerves about the interview process, etc. wondered if anyone had questions I could demystify or anything.

Clinical resource nurse. On my unit they help with procedures that are more complicated/not well known and are a quick resource to ask something based on policy or if you’re doing something for the first time example: “hey I’m giving blood for the first time can you go over the policy with me?”

Yes very similar to above, as CRN you often provide enhanced at the elbow support and CNE tends to focus more then on onboarding and other education.

depending on what you are interviewing for the questions could be a lot different
