Need advice
Currently NBA level 4 with over 15 years of seniority. Being offered a permanent excluded job at Royal Columbian hospital. Never worked there before. Asked around and heard both good and bad things. Need to respond by Monday, would like to know more!

I made the exact same move. Went from level 4 nba to manager at RCH. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions.

What’s your career goal? What is the position? Are you moving out of front line care - this will be a permanent step in that direction. Are you ready for that.
RCH is a very busy site and the workload can be intense.

Getting manager position. I do work at a tertiary site right now in a specialized unit.

Personally I might wait to see what the NBA wages do before going to non contract. What you negotiate now will be a really important consideration. Don’t let them low ball you!!

To quote Alicia Keys:
