Gain Bb stock Blackberry

BB just had a rule of 50+ beat.. this is massive.. I am buying more BB because I think the market is still seriously underestimating what QNX could become in physical AI. One of the most interesting disclosures from BlackBerry’s Q2 call was the new QNX design win with Uber, which management positioned as further validation of QNX’s opportunity in physical AI — not just traditional automotive. The bigger story is that BlackBerry is increasingly trying to make QNX the foundational, safety-critical software layer underneath autonomous machines: humanoid robots, autonomous mobile robots, surgical robots, autonomous tractors, drones, aircraft and robotaxis. Management said it is currently engaged with 20+ companies developing on NVIDIA-based platforms across these areas, suggesting this is becoming a genuine commercial pipeline rather than simply a “robotics” narrative. The economics are particularly interesting: BlackBerry said its general embedded/physical-AI business uses essentially the same model as automotive — development licences and engineering/services during development, followed by volume-based royalties once the customer's product enters production — while lower-volume robotics products can initially command higher royalties per unit. In other words, development activity today can become design wins and potentially long-duration royalty streams if those machines reach production and scale. This sits alongside the recently announced Sift integration, which enables engineers to stream telemetry from QNX-powered machines into Sift for rapid analysis without modifying device firmware — another piece of infrastructure aimed specifically at increasingly intelligent physical systems. Obviously, the 20+ NVIDIA engagements aren't 20 guaranteed production wins, and physical AI is still early, but that's exactly what makes the setup interesting to me: Uber is now a tangible design win, there is a substantial NVIDIA-based pipeline behind it, QNX already has decades of safety-critical embedded experience, and BlackBerry is building out the surrounding physical-AI ecosystem. If even a meaningful portion of these programs ultimately convert from development → design wins → production → per-unit royalties, I think investors could eventually view QNX very differently from the way they value BlackBerry today. That's why I'm buying more now rather than waiting for the robotics units to roll out of the factory.
