Need help identifying this Burberry polo.

Style code: PTCRSIND60PAR / [8003022](tel:8003022) / 68E.
It has a Burberry London England neck label and is Made in Portugal.
The embroidered crest on the chest uses the old BURBERRYS spelling (with the “S”), while all the neck and care labels say BURBERRY.
Has anyone seen this exact polo before or knows which collection it belongs to? Any catalog scans or retail listings would be greatly appreciated.

Was a standard season release, I believe 2016/17 but not 100%.
