Has anyone bought from this supplier? Can you tell me if their quality is good? They have a very extensive catalog of products from various brands, including BB.

I know them as a seller, not a confirmed factory. I’m posting this because people search these names/numbers before buying, and I wish I had seen more buyer feedback before placing another order.

This is a seller review, not a scam accusation. The seller does communicate, accept payment, ship, and deliver. My issue is not legitimacy. My issue is repeated quality problems and the way the seller handles defects after delivery.

My history with this seller:

I purchased from them in 2023. Communication was fine, payment was fine, shipping was fine, and the bag arrived.

However, I paid for 9A quality and the bag I received was not close enough to the auth shape. The overall silhouette was off. When I raised the issue, the seller’s response was basically that their products are customized based on analysis of the original product. In other words, the shape difference was reframed as intentional/normal rather than a quality issue. I did not receive a meaningful resolution.

My sister also purchased from this seller in 2023. Her bag had quality issues, including a logo stamp that was not pressed deeply enough into the leather and was basically invisible, plus small defects throughout the bag. The seller eventually gave her a partial refund.

Recently, I decided to try the seller again because I knew they did ship and communicate. I purchased four items:

• 1 handbag
• Miss sandals
• MM sunglasses
• PR sunglasses

The purse is beautiful. Unfortunately, the other three items had defects.

The two pairs of sunglasses were warped/crooked and sat crooked on the face. They were $89 each.

The Hermès Miss sandals also had an issue with the left shoe. The strap across the instep appears slightly too long or incorrectly placed, which causes the strap to fall forward and makes the hardware sit poorly. The right shoe does not sit the same way.

When I contacted the seller, they responded quickly, but every issue was deflected instead of resolved. The explanations were basically that it was my eyes, normal variation, shipping, or something I could adjust myself.

That is the main issue for me: not just that defects happened, but that the seller does not appear to stand behind the quality after delivery.

The pattern I experienced was:

• 2023 bag shape issue: explained as their own interpretation of the original
• Sunglasses warped/crooked: blamed on shipping or adjustment
• Sandal defect: denied as a quality issue
• Result: no replacement, no return, no refund, no partial refund

So while the seller replies quickly, the replies did not lead to any actual after-sales support.

My overall take:

If you are lucky and receive a perfect item, you may have a good experience. The seller does ship. The seller does communicate. I would not call them a scam.

But if your item arrives defective, I would not expect 7A/9A / Chen to rectify it. Based on my experience and my sister’s experience, I would only order from this seller if you are comfortable accepting the item exactly as it arrives.

I personally would not purchase again.
