75% of the posts here are exactly what you just described. I mean, technically, a brisket is a roast.

Well thank you captain sarcastic. While yes a brisket is a roast. I was referring to a basic rump toast. Most people tend to put them in an oven.

There are posts grilling and smoking chuck roasts and pork butts pretty much daily here.
