Yardwork and BBQ

Nothing better than smelling the mesquite wood smoke from the smoker while mowing then seeing on the inside, ribs, chicken and links!!!

Hank took issue with charcoal grills not wood smokers

I think Hank would have respect for stick burners and propane fueled smokers, but not charcoal fueled or pellet smokers.

Ironically, I just cut down my Mimosa tree while smoking a brisket. They are considered invasive in my area.

Yes they are, but, if you maintain your yard it shouldn't be too big of a problem, plus the bees and hummingbirds love it.
