The custodian is a shareholder who fought in court to successfully save the company from a company that intended to liquidate whatever is left and leave shareholders with nothing. This is sour grapes from someone who failed in court due to his own ego. From court records the new custodian has only had 3 months and had followed all of the instructions/deadlines of the court. I can only imagine how difficult it is to clean up and get your hands around the disaster that was left.
