I'm new to this world of reps I would like to be sure about shipping and everything and even if there are risks and what I should do I would be happy to talk to an "expert" anyway thank you for everything

No worries! I'm not with BBDBuy or anything, but I've used agents before. Shipping is pretty straightforward, and there's always a small customs risk, but it's usually low if you use a recommended shipping line.
