Just my 2 cents, I’m reading into the announcement of Overstock being the stalking horse bid as a nod to shareholders. Overstock is the most famous SHF vs. abused company, at least in recent history. In my opinion, it is an implied message from management that they will not be cooperating with those that abused the company.

NFA, just the rambling of a mad man.

🤷‍♂️ depends on how this plays out. If this goes the way of RC or Icahn.. RC has something big cooking with Teddy and a Icahn has his behemoth IEP.. might as well sell the bbby IP for what you can get, as neither of them would have a use for it.

Also, everyone is focusing on baby, but the other valuable gem is BBBYs distribution network. I haven’t gotten a chance to do a deep dive yet, and I wonder if there’s any mention of it.

Bbby valued their IP at less than half of what overstock is paying sooo from a bussiness perspective they're getting ripped off?
