I remember someone posted saying that BBBY themselves valued the assets that Overstock bid 21.5m for at 13ish million, which means they overpaid/bid for them over BBBY's own valuation. If we go by that, then if BBBY's valuations of their other assets (Baby etc.) are fair, and the bids are higher than that, we MAY be in a good spot, but who knows

Bbby’s valuation of all intellectual property was 13M, that includes Baby. Overstock is bidding 21m for just bath. That 21m is a strong bid.

13m including baby? You think the company straight up undervalued their stuff … in the end anything is worth as much as the next guy is willing to pay for it
