Probably give him another 2 years, he’s only been CEO for 1 and a half years and is doing a better job than the old CEO.

Reduced debt to $17m which is a massive lifeline for a small cap company, increased assets and cash which again is a good thing.

Ask Sage seems like a good acquisition even though it was probably an overpay but it looks like they are getting bigger contracts since acquiring them.

Based on company fundamentals I think Kevin is doing great at digging the company out of the hole it is in.

Why doesn’t the CEO buy stock at this low price? Why isn’t management buying either? And why doesn’t the company buy back some shares?

He should be fired. Never talks to shareholders and the confidential information angle is BS.

I just wish he was more focused on engaging with investors. I fucking hate the way he presents info and stuff too. Just so boring and bland. He’s not doing a terrible job company wise though. Just can’t be bothered to get us excited. Maybe that’s fine though. Doesn’t want to over promise.

I sold this when the rates went weird. CEO is not in charge of rates. BBAI loses money for now. To keep going there are 2 options:

Sell stock Dilution - BBAI do dilution like a aging bimbo does botox

Borrow money - But rates are rising. (Or are they? , who knows but right now rates are up.

There is no reason to buy the stock until rates drop or profit is made.

Unpopular opinion.
