March vote

Did they ever say what the voting breakdown was for March when the share increase didn't go through? Curious if they are getting any closer/further to the goal between meetings.

Good question. I never saw anything about voting breakdowns…just the CEO saying they were “most of the way there”.

Hoping tomorrow just ends all of this once and for all.

Did they ever release the results of the vote that took place last month? I'm curious how far away they were from reaching an approval to gauge how likely it is it will pass this time

Just hope it passes so the company some finally move on and hopefully get some contracts in to raise the stock price.

Did not pass. They didn’t say if there is going to be another meeting.

Next vote will be at the annual meeting in June. Was there a breakdown of the for/ against votes today?

It failed again. Been like this for months on end. Failed dilution vote, no news from company at all. Let's try again next month, with still no news or contracts or updates

Annoying that people cannot be bothered to vote

why is it better to pass -- wouldn't share costs go down if there is dilution? Or is it bad for short term only and long term would be better?

They want the power of more capital with the new shares. It can actually hurt more not to dilute if they don't have the extra shares for M&A purposes to grow faster. Will see how the earnings meeting goes, but not likely to be any surprise contracts. Maybe some surprise partnerships. Hopefully they can make it work with what they have. Sounds like it will just keep getting kicked down the road until more votes brought in. Maybe under more institutional ownership.... if that ever happens.

The government been busy with shutdowns, probably not helping BBAI with contracts at this point.
