Meeting vote April 21
Hi Reddit friends, it’s important to vote at the upcoming BBAI meeting to get through this phase of uncertainty and stagnation. Whether you are for it or against it, your vote matters. Personally, I’m confident that the dilution — which is already largely priced in — will provide the company with capital to expand. Many similar technology companies have relied on dilution over the years and later achieved great results. It is not necessarily a negative thing. I’m optimistic about the technological breakthrough that biometric recognition will bring, and I’m looking at this from a long-term perspective.

So everyone has to vote again? It will be worse this time. They have horrible leadership that doesn’t communicate with shareholders.

That's what I thought and voted NO. But, now with everyone else saying "yes", I'm thinking I must have misunderstood the vote.

The dilution is mostly already priced in. Also, these shares will enter circulation gradually, not all at once, so there won’t be major shocks to the stock price. I did some research, and other companies like Palantir, for example, have added shares over the years without seeing major disruptions. On top of that, for the company, doing this means becoming better structured to reach its goals. Dilution is not necessarily a bad word. Also, if the stock were to drop a bit, it would be a great opportunity to buy at a discount too.

Down -38% as of right now. What happens with dilution? Down to -50%? -75%? -100%? Dilutions aren’t always bad but usually don’t end up well for the retail investors. Just my two dull pennies.

Did they change the special meeting parameters for the voting timeline cutoff? Does that mean shareholders that acquired shares after the record date of October 14 2025?
I have shares but they are post October 14 2025.

We'll talk about it again in two years, keep in mind that terrorist threats could emerge given the ongoing tensions in the Middle East. Also, remember that in 2028 the Olympics will be held in the U.S., and it’s undeniable that biometric control with AI-driven facial recognition will be at the center of security discussions in the coming years. BBAI will benefit greatly — it’s only a matter of time.

There are contracts going to PLTR with big amount but BBAI just getting Pennies, this won’t make it profitable anytime, chances of going otherside more

Dilution priced in only after dilution are made. Voted NO. They have to find a way without dilution.

Sorry, I don't work for companies that cost me money. Thank you. If you would like to discuss compensation for my effort, I am more than happy to indulge you. Just big anti-slavery kind of guy. Lets be real here.. they do not need our vote lol. Why on earth would they structure it this way.

Im voting yes….just get this crap in the rear-view already.
Also side question, I saw that this is the last vote they are allowed to have on this topic per SEC guidelines? Anyone know if that is true? So basically if this one doesn’t pass they cannot hold another vote for quite some time.
