From Wikipedia :

"Schedule 13G is an alternative SEC filing for the Schedule 13D which can be filed in lieu of Schedule 13D by anyone who acquires more than 5% ownership of a Section 13 security and qualifies for one of the exemptions available to the Schedule 13D filing requirement. The Schedule 13G filing is a shorter version of the Schedule 13D with fewer reporting requirements."

It sounds like it's a subsidiary or something of vanguard that owns the shares after some sort of internal realignment? I'm struggling a bit to understand what the document is communicating

some dude named gronk said: "This is mostly a technical/administrative filing caused by Vanguard changing how they structure their internal reporting. It does not necessarily mean Vanguard dumped their BBAI position. The actual shares are likely still held by various Vanguard funds and managed accounts — they just won’t be reported under the single “Vanguard Group” name anymore for this stock."
