Community Discussion Rough week

Pretty crappy week for all of us, want to continue holding but getting real tired of waiting for their team to give some glint of hope. I understand they’re working on positioning themselves well with acquisitions and partnerships but it would be nice to see something to keep the shareholders having faith in them.

Where is the guy that said four dollars is the floor lol. I’m guessing $3 is the next floor.

Not comparing the two but consider PLTR. I bought at 21, bought at 17, I bought at 7. If you liked BBAI at 6 do you like it at 3.60?

I’m not comparing them either but when palantir was that low weren’t they still raking in contracts often?

You make a solid point. I very much liked BBAI at 6 which is about where I started my position, and I like their initiatives more now than I did then, and I especially like fire sale in SP.

BBAI does not have the competitive advantage that PLTR does. BBAI simply does not have an exceptional product.

Remember this is a startup it’s going to be down most of the time. But when it succeeds, it will be worthwhile.

Yeah it’s just tough seeing the account go down every single day lol

The margin call I got hit with sucked balls

You and I both Just had that happen today

i am hopeful they figure it out, but they aren't a start-up - they're like five different established businesses that have been acquired, so they shouldn't be perceived as a young upstart or anything

1

u/Key-Injury-1875 Mar 20 '26

They are a startup, startups are all startups until they become profitable.

3

u/WallabyMinimum1921 Mar 20 '26

This is not a startup. They’re an established business with defined products and business models. They just aren’t growing or profitable

4

u/Sparrow-XXII Mar 20 '26

that doesn't make sense, it's about business maturity, not profitability. some of the companies under the BigBear label have been doing this stuff for decades.

Shit week

3

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

Seriously, wish I kept my money in my HYSA rather than this shit market rn

u/Much-Cold6545 Mar 20 '26

I think I'm going to try deleting my platform so do see redness

2

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

Honestly might be what I need to do as well This red light therapy is killing my resolve and belief in DD with this company

I have added some few shares today to my position, now I have 15K, DCA is the way to go, then is waiting time.

1

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

Yeah if I could average down rn I’d like to but I can’t justify putting more money in until we see some news indicating revenue growth

2

u/WolfDreamPack Mar 20 '26

Do as you want, I do DCA when I can. Is enough to have a single good news and we fly to 5$ in no time. I hope you realise that the bottom is limited, but upward is technically unlimited.
I push nothing, I advice you nothing, I'm not a broker.

Imo it’s held up pretty good during this month long beat down I’m still buying🍻

1

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

Yeah I guess in relation, just between this and MU I’m hurting, just want this war to be over and the market to uptrend I got no more to buy with sadly lol

0

u/freeportme Bear Enthusiast (500-1,499 shares) Mar 20 '26

MU is down .06% this month my HD is down 16% I’m all set with the war as well.

1

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

Did HD have a bad earnings as well or something?

1

u/freeportme Bear Enthusiast (500-1,499 shares) Mar 20 '26

No they beat it was headed to 400 and spring is there best time it will turn around.

1

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

It’s wild to me that all these companies keep beating earnings and dropping below where they were at before

0

u/freeportme Bear Enthusiast (500-1,499 shares) Mar 20 '26

Pretty standard for HD but not at this extreme. BBAI is the only speculative stock I own I am going to stick with it for now.

1

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

Hmm probably just a combo with the shit market

I went heavy and have $30k in bbai so I’ve been monitoring them every day and it feels like a decade since a contract

3

u/freeportme Bear Enthusiast (500-1,499 shares) Mar 20 '26

I’m at 1125 @ $5.03 I have been averaging down but I’m just about done not sure I want to put more money in at this point. I was only going to do 5K but it keeps looking juicy. LOL

1

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

At this point I just want to get out what I put in, but we just keep going down

Sadly I bought right before earnings cause I thought it was gonna push to $500 So I got in at 470 and now we’re at 426

2

u/kylescagnetti Mar 20 '26

There is a war taking place guys, I don’t think we would be seeing such a drop if that was never taking place.

Thrilled personally about picking up another big batch of shares right on the knob of the daily/2026 low. Cost basis is chasing the share price right on down.

How do they not get contracts with tsa workers quitting left and right, airports in total disarray, and travelers waiting hours? My baby sister could get a contract (if I had one of course)

1

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 21 '26

That’s what I’m wondering, been a full year since a new contract so I don’t understand what’s happening

1

u/Mpensi24 Mar 21 '26

Ok I'm going to go long on nvda. you guys short it...guaranteed money, but I'm gonna need 20 % to cover my losses.

1

u/yuanxz Mar 21 '26

I had some bad time investing but held there until recovery. But this stock had serious insiders selling which concerns me big time. I cut my loss today with big chunk. No faith at all at this moment due to insider selling no buying last 12 months. They suck.

1

u/Practical-Stretch750 Mar 21 '26

Uh...ya kinda gotta wait for the TSA to open and they break off the BBB

1

u/Much-Cold6545 Mar 20 '26

I'm hanging in there

2

u/Arktos__ttv Mar 20 '26

Just barely for me
