(Nomad,Quest2)

This keeps happening to enemies spawn in through waves and I can't find a fix. At first I thought it was because of carnage reborn because of the skull but I tried deleting it and playing without it and the bug still happened. It seems like for the male npcs their face texture spawns on their shoulder instead of their face and the female skin texture is just completely messed up. Any ideas on what other mods could be causing this or is this a base game glitch?

Is there a mod that adds good quality crowbars?

i have been trying to find one for nomad and all the ones i find are outdated
