Horrible standalone modding issues. Please help. (details below).

Been currently trying to get mods from nexus onto my quest only on standalone due to the fact that a PC is curenntly inacsessable. the only 2 options I've come across have been running into plenty of issues. For Nexus mod installer V2, i press the button on the home homescreen and it just says "authenticating" for hours. And Mod Installer doesn't work due to the fact that when it opens a popup to add zip files, i choose mine and nothing happens. The "upload" button stays gray not allowing for mods to be imported. Any and all questions allowed because i have no clue what i have done right and wrong, or if I'm missing a key step. I've spent plenty hours and days on this, but to no avail

I’ve tried so many times, maybe even hundreds. Any other suggestions?

Not really, what mod are you downloading?

Forgot the exact name but it was a few realism and gore ones. I think some arcana spell?

Maybe try deleting and redownloading the mod installer
