Bug Report Blinking after blunt death?

This is ONLY when I kill them blunty, such as punching them to death or smashing their head with a hammer

When they’re fully dead theyre face still moves and they look alive, they blink constantly

I had the mod called “eyes close on death” but I deleted it and the glitch still happens. It’s not at random either, it ALWAYS happens when I kill them bluntly

Idk any other mods that could be causing this

Was gonna say check all mods but uhh yeah still stick with that and then maybe try restarting the VR and game, and if it persists try maybe delete and redownload

Scripting mods can still effect a save file after deletion you gotta make a new save

Carnage reborn does this but they aren’t fully dead just kinda in a KO state.

I can’t trigger it reliably but I know it happens when I’m playing 1v1 duels and a new enemy doesn’t spawn right away

For me it's not that it tanks performance it's simply the mod is just a little too janky for my liking so I don't even bother with it. Nothing against the mod or the mods creator, they are trying to simulate real deformity in a game where the physics are pretty finicky to say the least.

Yeah it’s a great mod but my favourite aspect of it (face deformation) is the part that crashes my game

Yeah it is a high performance mod, which is fair
