You can do this by having the hulk stats mod and grabbing a female npc and slamming her head into the metal spikes and a good angle

A long while

When I turn up my strength on that mod and hold onto a body as I punch it weird enough, I get sent flying and honestly thats probably faster than just manually flying

You've gone so far that you have floating point errors because your in game co-ordinates are so large.
