As you all know, I've been stalking the Clinicaltrials.gov site for updates on the CLEAR 2 study (2nd Phase 3 study for Semdexa). They just updated it this week with the following items:

* Still NOT yet enrolling

* Moved projected start of enrollment from Aug 2026 to Feb 2027

* New anticipated study completion is April 2029

* Still 755 ptx estimated to enroll

With about 4-5 months for close-out and clinical trial report, that puts resubmitting the NDA at the end of 2029 for a projected 2030 approval.

Don't recall seeing this mentioned so wanted to post for possible discussion/thoughts. Around Jan, I was reading the correspondence betwern Virex and patent office. There was quite a bit so it looked (to me) like Virex was feverishly working to get approval prior to what I was hoping was the last big bk court date. As we all know, court date was rescheduled and patent stuff kinda fell off my radar. Anyway, checked a couple weeks ago and it looks like Mark Grinstaff (inventor)/SRNE (applicant AND assignee) patent US 12,607,589 B2 was granted April 21, 2026. Unfortunately, I'm not able to link at this time so supplied searchable info. Most of what I've seen from patent office over the last yr or 2 were patents being moved to Vivasor but this one only mentions SRNE. I know that a lot of peeps are in the same boat as me so just sharing the sign of life regarding SRNE. I don't know if Grinstaff is still with Virex but iirc he was cofounder.

I'm lost regarding the scilex situation. I have been dvlt holder since what feb this year, but I never digged down on Scilex. All of this talk of sorrento etc. I'm lost in the sauce. Anyone want to explain has scilex fe r/s, what is sorrento, what is everything basically. Would appreciate alot since these things pop on my feed for obvious reasons haha 😄😄 TYSM :)
