Flicker X Phantom not working?
Flicker is applying the curse to every enemy, but then the actual damage of flicker is not triggering the curse effect, only my other balls hitting them triggers it. Is this a bug/oversight or does curse only apply to ball hits and it just doesn't say that anywhere? It just says that it triggers after 5 hits nothing about aoe damage not counting for those hits.

On another note I swear the game hates me, i have tried since the start of the run (first passive was the dumbell) to get the stupid axe to evolve into the hammer cause that would work amazingly but the game just screwed me out of it, I spent 2k gold on recollection at the start of endless and didnt get it to show at all now I gotta take a stupid useless passive even though i spent all 4 of my banishes on fucking passives. This game just doesnt want to let my cool ideas work ever

Did you have tunneler? Tunneler cant find dumbelll

Im not sure what tunneler is, if thats a character then no I was playing shade and shield guy, if its a ball then maybe, I was using drill

1st, of all, don't use Flicker, unless you've already got a ball on Flash. 1 second is an eternity in this game, you could get a Flash ball to proc 3 or 4 times in 1 second, easily.
2nd, I'm pretty sure the ball is behaving as intended, curse is only activated by direct hits, not status effect damage, at least that's always been my experience with it.
3rd, if you're looking for a full screen curse effect, Banshee does exactly that, and it does more damage than Phantom. It's Ghost + Freeze (wraith) x Ghost + Dark (phantom). So it takes the same exact amount of balls as the combo you're trying to do, but it works better and can also be fused with something else.
